Through partnerships, the R. Whittington Foundation facilitates the personal development in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable professional helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable youth. It is a learning and development partnership between someone or group with vast experience and someone who wants to learn. We provide professional mentor counselling for youth from the St. Louis area to Chicago.
